Permute is a fast image, audio, and video converter. You can use it for files of any format because Permute converts anything (almost). You’ll have to go elsewhere to turn water into wine, but media files can become any format you need. Permute also has some extra goodies, like merging two videos or adding a subtitle track.

Audio converter
Like video, Permute works great for audio conversion. You drag and drop an audio file into the app and choose what you want it to turn into. Whether you choose Apple Lossless or FLAC, Permute will handle it just fine. Drag, drop, choose, done!
Video to Audio Converter
This is a tricky part for many converters, but Permute has no problem converting video to audio files. So if you only want the audio track from a video you like, you can get it, no need to search for it separately. Voiceovers and interviews are all at your disposal.
Image converter
Instead of opening all those Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch to convert images from JPG to PNG, you can use Permute for this purpose. Two clicks and your photos are ready. The image converter has everything you might need: BMP, GIF and even TIFF.
Video editing
